if you can fly and own a loki...why not a dual-web loki? Will get fleets faster then the cynabal, and be more useful imo.

If you fly min, the hurricane is a good starting dps boat. Upgrades to loki's, sleip, tempest or maelstroms. Loki's are decent dps boats, excellent for VGs, especially in dual web setup you will be most useful. Sleipners are awesome dps boats in V...

My firewall is turned completely off, so that is not the problem. Ive opened ports on the router, to no change.

no, not fixed yet. I petitioned but no response yet. I have opened up several ports, that did nothing. I am not connecting thru a proxy, afaik. I use a cable modem with a wireless router, there is no firewall. Ive even fiddled with lots of settin...
